Cards for Demo Day at PhotoScraps

On every 2nd Saturday of the month, my local scrapbook store has a demo day. You pay $2 a ticket and a ticket buys you a project. It's all cut and ready to go for you. Sometimes I am lucky enough to participate as an instructor/designer.

Here are two cards that were offered in January:

Three Man-Boy Cards

I say for guys but of course these would be great for ladies as well. I just know it seems harder for some of us to make masculine cards.

I'll have to add the exact supply lists when I have time. What I know off the top of my head is:

• My Favorite Things (stamps & dies)
• Mama Elephant (scalloped and stitched rectangles)
• Hero Arts (blip background, Ink)
• Sizzix (embossing folder bricks)
• Momento Ink

Congrats!

Two very different congrats cards. Sorry for the poor pic on one. And for some reason, the ink smeared from the digital "stamp" print when I colored with Copics. Never has done that before. The internet "yeah kid" card has some inlay die cuts-- which was fun.

Congratulations on New Baby

For a young couple on their new addition. Dies are from Mama Elephant  and I use the heck out of that set (Femme Frames) . They reconfigured it in a basic set that is a great value. Babies are an old Stampin' Up set.

Asher's Birth Day

My husband thought it would be cute to give a card to Asher on his 0 birthday-- his actual day of birth. Hence, a card for the new tiny Aries. Uses Mama Elephant Cosmic Stars for tiny image and Papertrey Ink Wet Paint for the Happy. Colors are better in person. :)
